By accessing or using the website at bindusattva.com (the "Site") or engaging Bindu Sattva HR Consultancy ("Bindu Sattva", "we", "us", or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, candidates, and others who access or use the Site.
2. Services Provided
Bindu Sattva provides HR consultancy services including talent acquisition, executive search, HR strategy and advisory, and learning and development solutions. Our services are provided to corporate clients and organisations. We do not guarantee employment to any individual candidate. All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement between Bindu Sattva and the client organisation.
3. Client Obligations
Clients engaging Bindu Sattva agree to: (a) provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their organisation, open positions, and requirements; (b) treat all candidates referred by Bindu Sattva with fairness and in compliance with applicable employment laws; (c) notify Bindu Sattva promptly of any changes to requirements or the status of referred candidates; (d) honour the terms of any placement or retainer agreement entered into with Bindu Sattva; and (e) maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies, candidate profiles, or business information shared by Bindu Sattva.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Bindu Sattva or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. The Bindu Sattva name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Bindu Sattva HR Consultancy.
5. Confidentiality
In the course of our engagement, both parties may share confidential information. Clients agree not to disclose any candidate information, pricing, methodologies, or business information shared by Bindu Sattva to any third party without our prior written consent. Bindu Sattva will handle all client and candidate information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bindu Sattva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by that client to Bindu Sattva in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Bindu Sattva does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site.
